What is Steel Bar Chair?
Steel Bar Chairs, also known as wire spacers, are commonly used to separate bottom and top reinforcement in suspended slabs. Made of low carbon steel wire with plastic coating on the wire tip of each leg to prevent rusty, the bar chair is able to withstand loading from people walking over the steel mesh, stacked materials moulded wet concrete and vibration when laying concrete slab or formwork.
