Initially, must debride first AND nick the slough completely with any saline solution or the like.
Then, apply MEBO directly to the wound n peripheral skin area approximately 1 mm thickness.
Initially, can be reapplied every 4-6 hrs or Daily.
When reapplying no need to debride again; only wipe off the remaining ointment with cotton or gauze and reapply the MEBO.
