Ice Apple Wine is an all-natural Canadian product made from frozen apples – not grapes – and can be drunk as an aperitif or with a wide range of foods. The Summit Selection range is made using apples from near the summit of Pinnacle Mountain, one of the highest producing orchards in Quebec, Canada. A blend of six varieties of frozen apples, including Cortland and Empire, are picked exclusively for use in its production, creating a concentration and depth of flavour that is different from the domestic version.
