MPG-40 is ideal for the lubrication of resin molding die guide pins, where grease dropping onto and adhering to the molded parts can be a problem, as it does not soften and melt under high temperature heat.
Grease that uses a thickener with excellent heat resistance.
The grease has a synthetic oil base that has few adverse effects on resin, and has superior oxidation stability and viscosity temperature stability. It is safer and last longer than standard mineral oil grease.
