Diractions: Mix 1 packet of Swallow Globe Agar-Agar Powder with 250g of fine sugar.Pour the Mixture into 1L of coll water and stir evenly.Cook the solution with low heat until it boils.Pour the solution into moulds and allow it to cool.Put into the refrigerator for 1/2 hour and serve chilled.
