Indication
Neurological & other disorders associated w/ disturbances of metabolic functions influenced by vit B-complex eg, diabetic polyneuropathy, alcoholic peripheral neuritis & post-influenza neuropathies. Neuritis & neuralgia of the spinal nerves especially facial paresis, cervical syndrome, low back pain, ischialgia.
Instruction
Take after meal.
Drug interaction
Reduced effect of L-dopa, pyridoxine-antagonists eg INH, cycloserine, penicillamine, hydralazine. Reduced blood level w/ loop diuretics (eg furosemide).
