Diclofenac sodium
Indication
Rhemofenax is indicated for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, minor rheumatic conditions, juvenile chronic arthritis, other musculoskeletal disorders and acute gout.
Instruction
Use exactly as it was prescribed for you. Do not take the medication in larger amounts, or take it for longer than recommended by your doctor. Follow the directions on your prescription label.
If you take Rhemofenax for a long period of time, your liver function may need to be checked with blood tests on a regular basis. Do not miss any scheduled visits to your doctor.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the medicine at your next regularly scheduled time. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical attention if you think you have used too much of this medicine. Symptoms of a Rhemofenax overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, black or bloody stools, coughing up blood, shallow breathing, fainting, or coma.
Drug interaction
Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use before using this medication. Rhemofenax can interact with: * NSAIDs of the salicylate family (Aspirin) * anticoagulants. Turn to your doctor or pharmacist for more details.
