Timolol
Indication
Elevated IOP, chronic open-angle glaucoma, aphakic glaucoma, concomitant therapy in patients with pediatric glaucoma inadequately controlled with other antiglaucoma therapy.
Instruction
1 drop of 0.25% solution in the affected eye(s) twice daily, may be increased up to 0.5% solution twice daily.
Drug interaction
Adrenaline- or pilocarpine-containing eye drops, β-blockers, oral Ca antagonists, digitalis, catecholamine-releasers.
