Tobacco dependence by relieving nicotine craving & w/drawal symptoms facilitating smoking cessation in smokers motivated to quit.
Instruction
The patch should be applied to an intact area of the skin upon waking up in the morning and removed at bedtime.
Drug interaction
Increased plasma levels of theophylline, tacrine, clozapine, ropinirole. May affect metabolism of imipramine, olanzapine, clomipramine, fluvoxamine; flecainide & pentazocine.
