Clopidogrel bisulfate 97.875 mg equiv to clopidogrel base 75 mg
Indication
Prophylaxis of thromboembolic disorders, Acute coronary syndrome.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food. 75 mg once daily.
Drug interaction
Increased risk of bleeding w/ anticoagulants, other antiplatelets, NSAIDs, SSRIs, serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors. May reduce antiplatelet effect w/ CYP2C19 inhibitor including PPI (e.g. esomeprazole, omeprazole).
