Neomycin sulphate 0.5% w/v, dexamethasone Na phosphate 0.1% w/v
Indication
Treatment of inflammatory conditions of the anterior segment of the eye or external ear complicated by infections caused by organisms sensitive to neomycin.
Instruction
Eye drops Initially 1-2 drops 1-2 hrly. When a favourable response is observed, reduce dosage to 1 drop 4 hrly, later further reducing to 1 drop tds-qds. Ear drops 3-4 drops into the aural canal bd-tds. When a favourable response is observed, reduce dosage gradually & eventually discontinue.
