Indication
HIV infection.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.Adult 300 mg once daily, in combination w/ other antiretrovirals
Drug interaction
Trimethoprim. Increased lamivudine exposure by about 40% w/ trimethoprim/ sulphamethoxazole. May inhibit the intracellular phosphorylation of zalcitabine.
