Per 5 mL Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg, ephedrine HCl 6 mg
Indication
Temporary relief of nasal & sinus congestion associated w/ wet cough, common cold & allergic rhinitis.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food. Adult 2 tsp 4-6 hrly, max: 12 tsp/24 hr. Childn 6-12 yr 1 tsp 4-6 hrly, max: 6 tsp/24 hr, 2-6 yr ½ tsp 4-6 hrly, max: 3 tsp/24 hr.
Drug interaction
CNS depressants eg, barbiturates, hypnotics, narcotic analgesics, alcohol, tranquillisers.
