Per 5 mL Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg, promethazine HCl 4 mg
 
Indication
Symptomatic relief of non-productive cough & upper resp symptoms associated w/ allergy & cold.
 
Instruction
May be taken with or without food. Adult 10 mL 6-8 hrly. Max: 40 mL daily. Childn 6-12 yr 5 mL 6-8 hrly. Max: 20 mL daily, 2-6 yr 2.5 mL 6-8 hrly. Max: 10 mL daily.
 
Drug interaction
CNS depressants, MAOIs, epinephrine.
