Time : 10am- 3pm
Conduct by Chef Shawn
FOC baking thermometer for first 3 pax
3 patterns:
Participants will learn how to :
-mix the batter from scratch
-pipe the macarons
-handling right temperature
-bake and decor macarons
Chef will demo how to prepare:
Filling: Salted Caramel + Lemon Butter Cream
Bring home approximately 25 macarons with box.
Terms and conditions:
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*Minimum 2 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved rights to continue or postpone.
