CAP-300Ⅱ

NEC / CANON CAP 300 II is a precision production equipment designed for assembling and manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with maximum efficiency. It features a high-speed, dual-sided on-the-fly vision system, enabling two optical views of the components to be produced in one pass. The unit includes a unique component placements unit, capable of placing parts up to 45mm in diameter and 3mm high, with a wide variety of component types, including fine-pitch BGAs and QFPs. The machine is powered by a high-speed, programmable servo-driven component feed tool with components automatically retrieved by robots from the component magazines. The component magazines contain both supplied component types and user-customized component types, allowing for quick and accurate component selection and placement.
