Water repellent impregnation for tiles joints and building surface
Sikagard®-703 GroutSeal is an low viscocity emulsion, ready to use, silane / siloxane combination based, water repellent impregnation design to deeply penetrate to any hairline cracks in tiles joints / concrete.
- Product in aqueous phase with strong water repellent capability
- Penetrate deeply into tiles joints / building surface to provide water resistance properties
- Treatment is usually invisible not changing the substrate aspect
USAGE:
For making tiles joints / building surfaces water repellent and protecting against water ingress.

COLOUR
APPLICATION
Sikagard®-703 GroutSeal is applied using a low-pressure spray gun, brush or roller, in a single layer from top to bottom, taking care not to let the product run.
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
