2. 9K + 12K BTU (5 Ticks) System 2

   • Model: MAE-3M25E/ MSEID-09(S) and MSEID-12(S).

Replacement Only (Using Existing Infrastructure)

• Reuse existing materials: refrigerant and drainage piping, insulation, trunking, wiring.
• Process: Vacuum and flush existing piping.
• No Warranty: On existing piping.
• Additional Charges: For pipe alterations or shifts.
• Pressure Testing: Available upon request, extra charge.

Replacement Warranty

• Compressor: 5 years.
• Spare Parts: 1 year.
• Installation Workmanship: 1 year (limited).
• Exclusions: Gas leak at CU/FCU joints, no coverage for leaks due to lack of servicing, or condensation from material wear.

Standard Installation (Free Premium Upgraded Materials)

• Materials Included:
  • 15m piping per FCU.
  • 1/2″ K Flex PSB Certified Class O insulation (from Italy).
  • 22 SWG copper piping, 0.71mm thickness (Source 1 Brand, USA).
  • Litaflex UPVC trunking (Singapore).
  • Sigma / Keystone wire cables (Singapore).
  • Litaflex 16mm UPVC drain pipe (Singapore).

Standard Installation Warranty

• Compressor: 5 years.
• Spare Parts: 1 year.
• Workmanship: 1 year (full coverage).
• Exclusions: No coverage for leaks due to lack of servicing.
