• Active Ingredient: Irinotecan Hydrochloride Trihydrate 20mg/ml
• Form: Sterile, clear yellow concentrated solution for infusion

1. Reconstitution: Dilute with 5% Dextrose Injection or 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection before use.
2. Administration: Administer as a 90-minute intravenous infusion.
3. Storage: Store below 25°C for not more than 24 hours after reconstitution.
4. Precautions: Monitor for diarrhea and myelosuppression. Early diarrhea may be accompanied by cholinergic symptoms, which can be managed with atropine. Late diarrhea can be life-threatening and should be treated promptly with loperamide.
