Each vial of Gemebine 200 contains Gemcitabine Hydrochloride equivalent to 200 mg of Gemcitabine. It is a white to off-white lyophilized powder for intravenous use only1.
Indications:
Gemcitabine is used to treat various types of cancer, including:

• Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), alone or together with cisplatin
• Pancreatic cancer
• Breast cancer, together with paclitaxel
• Ovarian cancer, together with carboplatin
• Bladder cancer, together with cisplatin

1. Reconstitution: Reconstitute the powder with the appropriate diluent as per the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
2. Administration: Administer the reconstituted solution intravenously over a specified period, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour, as directed by your healthcare provider.
3. Monitoring: Regular blood tests will be required to monitor your kidney and liver function, as well as your blood cell counts.
4. Precautions: Inform your healthcare provider if you have any allergies, liver disease, heart disease, vascular disease, or kidney problems. Also, discuss any recent vaccinations or radiotherapy treatments.
