HUMIRA Solution for Injection in Prefilled Syringe (20mg/0.2mL) contains adalimumab, a human monoclonal antibody. Adalimumab works by targeting and neutralizing tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a key inflammatory protein in the immune system.
Indications:
HUMIRA Solution for Injection in Prefilled Syringe (20mg/0.2mL) containing adalimumab is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory conditions, including:

• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Psoriatic arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Plaque psoriasis
• Hidradenitis suppurativa
• Crohn's disease
• Ulcerative colitis
• Uveitis
• Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (in children aged 2 years and older)

1. Before Use: Ensure you are not allergic to adalimumab or any other ingredients in HUMIRA. Inform your doctor if you have any infections, heart conditions, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
2. Preparation: HUMIRA comes in a pre-filled syringe. Do not shake the syringe1. Remove it from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature before injecting.
3. Administration: Inject HUMIRA subcutaneously (under the skin) in the thigh or abdomen. Rotate injection sites to avoid skin irritation.
4. After Use: Dispose of the syringe safely in a sharps container. Do not reuse the syringe.
