• Active Ingredient: Ciprofloxacin 200 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Sodium chloride (15.4 mmol), sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH), water for injection.

• Lower respiratory tract infections due to Gram-negative bacteria.
• Exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• Broncho-pulmonary infections in cystic fibrosis or bronchiectasis.
• Pneumonia.
• Chronic suppurative otitis media.
• Acute exacerbation of chronic sinusitis.
• Urinary tract infections (acute pyelonephritis, complicated pyelonephritis, bacterial prostatitis).
• Genital tract infections (epididymo-orchitis, pelvic inflammatory disease).
• Infections of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g., traveler's diarrhea).
• Intra-abdominal infections.
• Infections of the skin and soft tissue caused by Gram-negative bacteria.
• Infections of the bones and joints.
• Inhalation anthrax (post-exposure prophylaxis and curative treatment).
• Severe infections in children and adolescents when necessary.

• Dosage: The dosage is determined by the indication, severity, and site of the infection, the susceptibility of the causative organism(s), and the patient's renal function. For adults, the typical dose is 200 mg once daily.
• Administration: Administer via intravenous infusion over 60 minutes. The solution should be administered by a healthcare professional.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Regular monitoring of blood counts and liver function is necessary during treatment.
