Indications:

• Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Used as a first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR activating mutations. It can also be used for maintenance treatment in patients who have not progressed after initial chemotherapy.
• Pancreatic Cancer: Used in combination with gemcitabine for the treatment of locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic cancer.

• NSCLC: The recommended daily dose is 150 mg, taken at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.
• Pancreatic Cancer: The recommended daily dose is 100 mg, taken at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, in combination with gemcitabine.
