Ninlaro 2.3 mg Hard Capsule contains ixazomib citrate, which is equivalent to 2.3 mg of ixazomib as ixazomib free acid.
Indications:

• Multiple Myeloma: Used in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.

• Dosage: The recommended starting dose is 4 mg once weekly on Days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day treatment cycle. The 2.3 mg capsule can be used if a lower dose is required based on the patient's condition and tolerance.
• Administration: Take the capsule orally with water. Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush, chew, or open it.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Monitor for side effects such as thrombocytopenia, gastrointestinal toxicities, peripheral neuropathy, and hepatotoxicity.
• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
