Each pre-filled syringe contains:
-Epoetin alfa: 2,000 international units (IU) corresponding to 16.8 micrograms Epoetin alfa2.
Indications:
-Anemia Associated with Chronic Renal Failure: Used for the treatment of anemia in adult hemodialysis and pre-dialysis patients, as well as pediatric patients on hemodialysis.
-Autologous Blood Collection: Facilitates autologous blood collection within a predeposit program and decreases the risk of receiving allogeneic blood transfusions in patients scheduled for major elective surgery.
Instructions:
Dosage: The dosage varies based on the patient's condition and response. It is typically administered intravenously.
Administration: Administer by intravenous injection. The solution should be given slowly to avoid rapid diuresis.
