Our chuck holder now offers a runout calibration mechanism.
Compensates for increased runout of machine tool spindles caused by extended use. Uniform hole diameter, improved surface roughness & extended tool life.
1. Turn the adjusting ring and line up the % mark with peak runout position.
2. Adjust the lock bolts in 3 locations to fix the ring.
3. The runout amount is adjusted by tightening the adjusting screw.
