*Sanitizing cleaner that sanitizes as it cleans with DDAC, a strong antibacterial cleaner effective against a wide range of food borne illness causing bacteria. Ideal for cleaning and sanitizing cooking and processing equipment.

HOW TO USE : Take a small amount into a sponge and scrub directly to clean and sanitize, or dilute according to your cleaning manual.

DILUTION :
- Dilute 200-300 times with water (3.5 ml - 5 ml  per  1 Litres water)
    *FOR freezer and refrigerator. Remove food items to a separate refrigerator or freezer. Apply Sanitizing Cleaner J-1 and scrub all parts with a sponge. Do not get any detergent on the condenser. Rinse with water, and then wipe with a clean towel.
    *FOR sink, work tables and shelves. Remove food debris from sink and remove everything from work tables and shelves. Apply Sanitizing Cleaner J-1 and scrub with a sponge. Rinse with water, and then wipe with a clean towel.
- Dilute 100 times with water (10 ml  per  1 Litres water)
    *FOR walls and floors. Dilute Sanitizing Cleaner J-1 in a bucket and apply to surface. Scrub or mop the surface. Rinse with water.
