Euroblast 6

The Euroblast 6 is the most popular 'standard' sized blast cabinet in the range. A highly flexible blast cabinet with wide ranging parts loading options including front, side and top opening doors. Large armholes give a comfortable reach inside the cabinet for the operator and full width foot pedal allows operation of the blast gun with either foot.

The Euroblast range of cabinets are highly durable, rigid and tightly sealed, fabricated and welded in 16 gauge sheet steel and finished to the highest quality standards and we have many cabinets out in the field still working away twenty years after purchase; with all spare parts still readily available direct from Guyson to keep these workhorses going. Typical machine options include: suction or pressure fed, rubber lining, fixed turntable, pencil blaster, side loading turntable, 400 and 900 gun and blast nozzle. 

Additive Manufacturing (AM) Bead Blasting

A special variation Euroblast 6-AM blast cabinet is available that has been specifically designed for the blasting of Stainless, Aluminium, Titanium or Inconel built components which often used in aerospace and medical Additive Manufacturing sectors. Some of these exotic materials have the potential to create explosive dust when blasted, so special provision has been made with these Guyson blast systems to mitigate those risks.

The Guyson ‘AM blast systems’ can be specified with a variety of options that can be chosen, appropriate to the level of perceived risk involved, options including: full earth braiding to the cabinet, gun, dust collector and hose and include ground nuts on all the main contact points to prevent any static spark generation and also anti-static fabric gauntlets to allows the operator greater flexibility when blasting whilst preventing media escape. Also externally located LED lighting, for good illumination of the blast area, so as to not create any chance of a spark within the blast chamber.
