The manipulator is mounted on the SEER AMB series unmanned transport chassis, and can be compatible with a variety of manipulators, including ABB YuMi, UR 3/5/10, AUBO I3, I5, I7, I10, etc., complete the construction of the environment map and high-precision positioning through the laser SLAM algorithm. The repetitive positioning accuracy of the laser mirrorless (reflector) is within ±5mm, and the docking accuracy is ±2mm. The AMB-based compound robot according to the system scheduling instructions, material can be transported from the mobile robot to the equipment machine for loading, or from the equipment machine to the mobile robot for unloading. In addition, it is also possible to carry out omni-directional detection of goods by loading visual sensors on the robot arm.
