Bouquet - Notes of vanilla and ethereal, linked to the period of aging in cask; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries linked to grape varieties.
Flavour - Robust structure, round and warm sensation. The wine is well balanced. The retro-olfation confirms the notes on the nose. It is a long and persistent wine.
