Indication
Type 2 DM not adequately controlled on metformin alone or who are already treated w/ combination of vildagliptin & metformin as separate tab.
 
Instruction

• Take Galvusmet exactly as your doctor tells you to. Swallow the tablets with a drink of water.
• Your doctor will tell you how many doses you should take and this information will also be printed on the label of the pack of tablets to remind you. If you have been told to take one dose of Galvusmet each day, take it in the morning. If you have been told to take two doses each day, take your first dose in the morning and the second dose in the evening. Should be taken with food: Take w/ or immediately after meals to reduce GI discomfort.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember (unless it is nearly time for your next dose, in which case leave out the missed dose). Do not take two doses together to make up for a forgotten dose.
