Aspirin 100 mg, glycine 45 mg
Indication
Transient ischaemic attacks, secondary prevention of MI; prophylaxis against stroke, vascular occlusion & DVT.
Instruction
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals.
Drug interaction
May enhance the activity of coumarin anticoagulants, sulphonylureas, methotrexate, phenytoin & valproic acid. Diminishes the effects of uricosuric agents eg, probenecid & sulphinpyrazone.
