Dorzolamide HCl
Indication
Treatment of elevated IOP in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.
Instruction
Monotherapy 1 drop three times daily. Adjunctive therapy with an ophth β-blocker 1 drop twice daily. When substituting for another ophth antiglaucoma agent, discontinue the other agent after proper dosing on 1 day & start Trusopt on the next day. If more than 1 topical ophth drug is being used, administered at least 10 min apart.

Acid-base disturbances.
