Indication
Major depressive disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, generalized anxiety disorder.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.
Drug interaction
CNS medicinal products. MAOIs. Serotonin syndrome w/ concomitant use or serotogenic medicinal products eg, SSRIs, tricyclics, St. John's wort. Drugs metabolised by CYP2D6 (eg, flecainide, vinblastine, carbamazepine, tricyclic antidepressants). Potent CYP1A2 inhibitors/inducers. Anticoagulants & antiplatelet agents.
