Treatment of Parkinson Disease
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
MAO-A inhibitors, TCAs, noradrenaline re-uptake inhibitors & drugs metabolized by COMT. Selegiline can be used concomitantly but dose should not exceed 10 mg/day. Entacapone & Fe prep should be taken at least 2-3 hr apart. Control of INR w/ warfarin
