Indication
HTN, angina pectoris.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food: Take w/o food or w/ a light meal. Swallow whole do not chew/crush.
Drug interaction
Increased plasma conc by cimetidine, erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole & grapefruit juice. Decreased plasma conc by phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampicin, barbiturates & St. John's wort. Increased tacrolimus conc.
