Bisacodyl (5mg)
Indication
This medicine is used to treat constipation, bowel evacuation before radiological procedures, endoscopy and surgery.
Instruction
Adult: 2 tablets taken at bedtime in order to produce 1 or 2 actions the next morning. If taken half hour before breakfast, the effect will take place about 5 hours later. In stubborn cases of constipation, the dose may be increased to 4 tablets. Tablet should be swallowed whole, cannot be chewed or crushed, should not be taken within one hour after taking antacid or milk.
