Contents:
Azarga contains two active substances:
• Brinzolamide 10mg/ml: A carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
• Timolol 5mg/ml: A beta-blocker.
Indications:
Azarga is indicated for:
• Treating high pressure in the eyes (glaucoma or ocular hypertension) in adults when one medication alone is not effective.
Instructions:
1. Preparation: Wash your hands thoroughly before using the eye drops.
2. Administration:
o Tilt your head back and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
o Hold the dropper above your eye and squeeze out a drop into the pocket.
o Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes, and press gently on the inner corner of your eye to prevent the liquid from draining into your tear duct.
3. Dosage: Use Azarga exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use more or less than directed.
4. Contact Lenses: Remove contact lenses before using Azarga and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in.
5. Storage: Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place.
