Content:
      two active ingredients: irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide.
  Indications:

• High blood pressure (essential hypertension)
• Protection of kidneys in patients with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and evidence of impaired kidney function

• Dosage: The usual dose is 150 mg once daily, but it can be increased to 300 mg once daily depending on the patient's response.
• Administration: Can be taken with or without food. It's best to take it at the same time each day.
• Precautions:
  • Allergies: Do not take if you are allergic to irbesartan, hydrochlorothiazide, or any other ingredients.
  • Pregnancy: Avoid if you are more than 3 months pregnant.
  • Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor if you have severe liver or kidney problems, difficulty producing urine, or persistently high calcium or low potassium levels.
  • Interactions: Inform your doctor if you are taking other medications, especially ACE inhibitors, aliskiren, potassium supplements, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
