Combiwave SF 125 contains the following active ingredients per actuation:
- Salmeterol Xinafoate: 25 mcg
- Fluticasone Propionate: 125 mcg
These are delivered via a pressurized inhalation aerosol.
Indications:
Combiwave SF 125 is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It helps to prevent symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing by keeping the airways open and reducing inflammation.
Instructions:
- Shake and Prime: Before using the inhaler for the first time, or if it hasn't been used for a while, shake it well and spray a few doses into the air to prime it.
- Breathe Out: Exhale gently away from the inhaler.
- Position the Inhaler: Place the mouthpiece between your teeth without biting it, and form a good seal with your lips.
- Inhale Slowly: Breathe in slowly and press down on the canister to release a dose.
- Hold Breath: Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable.
- Exhale Gently: Remove the inhaler from your mouth and exhale gently.
- Repeat if Necessary: If you need to take a second dose, repeat the above steps.
- Replace Cover: Replace the cover after use.
