Pritaren Suppositories 12.5mg contain Diclofenac Sodium 12.5mg as their active ingredient. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation.
Indications:
Pritaren Suppositories are indicated for the acute and chronic treatment of signs and symptoms of:

• Osteoarthritis
• Rheumatoid arthritis

1. Wash Hands: Always wash your hands thoroughly before and after using the suppository.
2. Remove Suppository from Packaging: Remove the suppository from its wrapper.
3. Position Yourself: Lie on your side with one leg straight and the other leg bent towards your chest.
4. Insert Suppository: Gently spread apart the buttocks and insert the suppository, pointed end first, into the rectum. Push it in deep enough (around 1 inch) so that it stays in place.
5. Stay Lying Down: Remain lying down for a few minutes to ensure the suppository dissolves properly.
6. Wash Hands Again: Wash your hands again after insertion.
