Micosten Cream 2% contains Miconazole Nitrate 2% as its active ingredient. Miconazole is an antifungal agent used to treat various fungal infections.
Indications:
Micosten Cream 2% is used for the treatment of:

• Athlete's foot (tinea pedis)
• Jock itch (tinea cruris)
• Ringworm (tinea corporis)
• Cutaneous candidiasis (yeast infections)
• Tinea versicolor (pityriasis versicolor)

1. Clean and Dry: Clean and thoroughly dry the affected area before applying the cream.
2. Apply: Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and surrounding skin. Use it twice daily or as directed by your doctor2.
3. Duration: Continue using the cream for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve.
4. Hands: Wash your hands after applying the cream.
5. Avoid Contact: Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.
6. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
