The Panasonic WV-CP290 Day/Night Surveillance Camera with a 1/3" CCD image sensor delivers clear images at a resolution up to 540TVL. For effective viewing in various lighting conditions, the camera features DSP (Digital Signal Processing) that use Adaptive Black Stretch technology to ensure clear images. This feature enables the camera to produce natural and crisp images of shadows and dark areas.
A minimum illumination of 0.8 lux (color) and 0.05 lux (B&W) at f/1.4 makes the surveillance camera suitable for low-light surveillance. The day/night camera uses an IR cut filter to switch between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting. Auto Tracing White Balance adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Backlight Compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light.
The Day/Night Surveillance Camera offers various synchronization options such as Internal (INT), Multiplexed Vertical Drive, and Line-Lock.
