With daily output: 3.5t; Wax Content 22%, Pour point 29oC, Water content 88%.
Wax deposition is severe; well cleaning is required every 45 days, and hot oil circulation well washing is required to maintain the normal operation.
5025K well – 1,200m depth
With daily output: 2.8t; Wax Content 26%, Pour point 27oC, Water content 92%.

In Aug 2014, Under the supervision of the construction team, an ALT alloy catalytic anti-wax and anti-scaling device LT3F-J DN65 supplied by ALT was inserted into both 1-61-1 & 5025K well.
These two wells have been continuously producing for over 16 months and have not been subjected to hot oil well washing. Production is normal, and output capacity is slightly increased & stable. We anticipate long-term stable production.
The oil pump current significantly reduces from 52/58A to 48/51A, return pressure reduces from 0.59 Mpa to 0.40 Mpa.

Due to the high salinity of the liquid, production halts occur from time to time due to the fouling of the impeller of the electric pump, causing significant difficulties in the normal production of oil wells.
24th April 2015, Under the supervision of the construction team, an alloy catalytic anti-wax and anti-scaling device supplied by ALT was inserted into the suction port of the electric pump.
This well resumed operation on April 28th 2015, and has been continuously producing for one year. The current return pressure is stable, the oil output capacity is always maintained at 8t, the well never stops operating due to electric pump scale or wax deposition problems, and the well production is stable, the return pressure is stable, and it saves oil producers a lot of manpower and material resources.
