ROUGH TERRAIN CRANE
Rough terrain crane is a type of mobile crane specifically designed to operate on off-road and rough terrain conditions. Unlike traditional mobile cranes, which are often mounted on wheeled or crawler tracks for use on stable surfaces, rough terrain cranes feature sturdy tires, powerful engines, and robust suspension systems to navigate uneven ground, gravel, mud, and other challenging environments commonly found in construction sites, industrial yards, and remote locations.
These cranes typically have a telescopic boom that can be extended and retracted to reach various heights and distances. They are versatile machines capable of lifting heavy loads and maneuvering in tight spaces while providing stability on rough terrain. Rough terrain cranes are commonly used for tasks such as lifting materials, equipment, and structures during construction projects, as well as for infrastructure development, maintenance, and disaster response efforts in rugged environments.
