Our Service Flow

1️⃣ Engage with Us
Homeowners can reach out to us through our social platforms (FB, IG, XHS, WhatsApp). Here, we'll have an initial discussion to understand your needs and ideas and also share our services.

2️⃣ Quotation & Proposal
After confirming your requirements, we'll prepare an initial quotation for you. From this, you'll get an estimated cost for the renovation, and we'll further confirm your desired design and the details of colour and material selection.

3️⃣ Preparation of Construction Details
Once the design direction is clear, we'll finalise the detailed materials, colours, structure, dimensions, placement, and quantities to ensure accurate details for the project.

4️⃣ Start of Renovation
With the renovation permit, unit keys/cards, and other necessary access items ready, the renovation can officially begin. The first step will always be to place a protective layer (covering floors, existing cabinets and surfaces, etc.) to avoid any accidental damage to the property.

5️⃣ Ongoing progress updates
We’ll keep you updated on the current progress. We'll also notify homeowners in advance about the timing to have appliances and accessories (e.g., range hood, showerhead, sink, refrigerator) ready for smooth renovation progress.

6️⃣ Changes Occured?
We handle changes with Variation Orders (VO) and will carefully assess how these changes might affect the renovation timeline. We'll inform you in advance about any potential impacts.

7️⃣ Completion of Renovation
We'll conduct an internal defect inspection and correction before handing over the unit that meets our standards to homeowners. Lastly, we'll go over the warranty details with the homeowner.
