A Culinary Journey Like No Other
GoldBar’s menu is a treasure trove of culinary delights. From delectable starters to exquisite mains, each dish is crafted to captivate the palate. At a recent preview, I had the opportunity to indulge in some of their signature offerings, and here’s why you need to make a reservation now.



Starting off, the
Live Oyster was a true celebration of freshness—simple, delicious, and oh-so-satisfying. The Seafood Bisque followed suit, with its creamy texture and a harmonious mix of seafood flavours that had me savouring every spoonful.


For something truly unique, don’t miss the Foie Gras Mini Croissant, a signature creation that will convert even the most hesitant foie gras skeptic. The buttery croissant paired perfectly with the richness of the foie gras, making it an absolute must-try.

If you’re in the mood for comfort food, the Golden Fries will not disappoint. Coated with a secret house seasoning, these crunchy bites are dangerously addictive. Pair them with one of GoldBar’s handcrafted cocktails, and you’re in for a treat.



Showstopping Mains
When it comes to the mains, the Grilled Boston Lobster is undoubtedly the star of the show. Perfectly grilled to highlight the lobster’s natural sweetness, it transported me back to New York, where lobster feasts were a regular indulgence.


Another standout was the Pan-Seared Atlantic Cod, a dish that expertly balanced flavours and textures with black cod, ikura, spinach, and garlic butter that melded together in perfect harmony. For meat lovers, the Hanwoo Beef Skewer, featuring premium Korean beef, is an excellent starter that pairs beautifully with a drink from the bar.

While the Tiger Prawn Arrabiata was decent, it didn’t quite steal the spotlight like the other dishes. However, dessert more than made up for it. The Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake was a delightful way to end the evening, with its dark chocolate richness balanced by the lightness of French Chantilly cream.



Festive Cheers
