Health check on the APC system component to determine its functionality and its repair and maintenance requirement.
Regular maintenance on centrifugal fan; change bearing, pulley, belt, cleaning and perform dynamic balancing on fan impeller and repair and change of drive motor.
On dust collector, change filter, cages, diaphragm/pilot valve, regulator, timer controller, tubing, gauges. repair and replace flexible joint, damper, knocker, rotary valve, refurbish of dust collector and etc.
On ducting system, repair and replace broken duct, cleaning and clearing work for duct with accumulation inside.
Air monitoring by competent person for reporting purpose.
