- Anyone who doesn't turn up for 12 hours will be considered a potential absconder.
- Anyone who doesn't turn up to the hostel for 24 hours will be considered as having absconded.
A list of absconded individuals and potential absconders will be provided to HR respectively.
- Medical leaves will also be notified on a daily basis.
