Proton’s Buka Lembaran Baharu Promo – Get rebates up to RM10,000!
Proton has introduced the Buka Lembaran Baharu campaign to make festive travels more enjoyable, offering cash rebates and trade-in deals for those looking to celebrate with a brand-new ride. As part of this promotion, Proton is giving out Duit Raya rebates of up to RM10,000 across its entire model lineup. Additionally, customers can benefit from extra overtrade support through Proton’s used car division at selected outlets, making it a great time to trade in an existing car and upgrade to a new one.
The Proton X50, Malaysia’s best-selling B-segment SUV, received an update last June, followed by the introduction of the X50 SE earlier this year, which has already seen over 500 units delivered. Buyers can enjoy rebates of up to RM9,000, along with an additional RM2,000 in trade-in support, bringing total savings to RM11,000. Meanwhile, the Proton X70, which was refreshed in 2025 with a revised design, improved fuel efficiency, and modern upgrades, comes with rebates of up to RM9,000, plus RM2,000 in overtrade support. The largest deal, however, is on the Proton X90, Proton’s flagship D-segment SUV, which offers rebates of up to RM10,000. Buyers also get RM5,000 in trade-in support, pushing the total savings to RM15,000.
The Buka Lembaran Baharu promo isn’t limited to SUVs, as Proton’s sedan lineup is also included in the campaign. Models like the Proton Saga, Iriz, and Persona come with rebates of up to RM1,000, along with trade-in support between RM800 to RM1,000 on selected variants, allowing buyers to save up to RM2,000. The Proton S70, Proton’s latest C-segment sedan, is also part of the promo, with rebates of up to RM8,000. Customers who purchase the Flagship X variant will receive a free Aerokit worth RM3,130, and with overtrade support of RM2,000, the total savings can reach RM13,000.
According to Roslan Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of Proton Edar, the Buka Lembaran Baharu promotion is aimed at improving thebrand experience for customers by making it easier to own a new Proton. He also highlighted that this is a great opportunity for buyers to upgrade their cars before balik kampung, allowing them to travel home in a brand-new vehicle and make a lasting impression during the festive season.
